Courtyard Lubbock Hotel

The room was warm and outstanding, truly enjoyed it and its pleasant view.

Really had fairly nice stay for a night. Fairly clean great value hotel with a clean pool and a perfect location just next door to different restaurants and the airport and a bistro. Good bed, outstanding and warm room. Particularly nice view, excellent bar - everything was great.

The breakfast was great with a variety of freshly made choices. The seating area was comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel and in the room. Its location is fantastic, as it's within walking distance to many restaurants.

There was a strange noise coming from the pipes.

The rooms are perfectly clean, the bar is excellent!

I would have appreciated a room upgrade for my inconveniences, but staff clearly didn't notice me. It's why this experience was so unbeautful.

The freshly made breakfast was a good surprise! The room was comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the convenient location near many restaurants. The pool area looked inviting too.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Being given chilled water bottles every time we went out! Espcially wonderful for attending football game! Excellent stay and will stay there again!

We loved the convenience of having a spacious room for my family, especially the two queen beds which kept the kids comfortable. The indoor pool was a big hit with my boys, and we enjoyed the friendly vibe at the Bistro.

My children wanted more outdoor play options.

The room had air conditioning, a tv, and a refrigerator, super comfortable. I enjoyed the fitness center and relaxing indoor swimming pool. The shower was nice with free toiletries. The breakfast had freshly made options, and the staff at the Bistro were super accommodating. Good free wifi too!

It was an optimal selection for a short staycation in Lubbock with all in all great value for money. The staff went out of their way to find us a room when we were in a tough situation late at night. Bring some snacks, as the dining options were limited nearby.

The Queen Guest Room with Two Queen Beds was super clean and had no weird smells. The beds were comfy, a relief after a long drive. The bathroom was tidy too. Nice to see a decent indoor pool right nearby. A cozy and relaxed vibe. It was awesome that you could walk to a bunch of restaurants too!

The main lobby was adorned with vibrant art, lovely for socializing and navigating easily. The design felt inviting and modern, perfect for seniors to move around without difficulty.

Staff training could improve guest interactions significantly.
